Size Guide
We will try to provide you with all the information you need about ordering and receiving the right product for you.
All pieces are made to order and our sizes are based off of standard sizing unless advised on the item description. Please read the item description of the product before purchasing to make sure you are buying the correct size.
Be sure to check our size chart and conversions if you are ordering outside of the uk. Please don't hesitate to email us if you are unsure of your sizing before placing an order. courtney@subtropic.shop
Shipping​

All items are made to order specially for you, they are manufactured in house within the time frame provided on the checkout page (this does vary) they are then shipped with your preferred service. The time to make is separate to the time it takes to ship, for example, it can take 10 working days to make then once shipped with first class postage it takes 1-2 working days on top of the 10 working days. Once an item is shipped it is out of our control if the item takes longer than the estimated time frame as there is a major backlog in the mailing system so please do keep this in mind when ordering. The only services that are guaranteed to arrive one time in the uk is the 'Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed'

Next Day Guaranteed - Next working day (Compensated if lost)
1st class stamp - 1 - 3 working days (Not responsible if lost, no compensation - no tracking)
2nd class stamp - 3 - 4 working days (Not responsible if lost, no compensation - no tracking)

Tracked Postage - 5-7 working days (Compensation if lost)
Non tracked postage - 5-7 working days (Not responsible if lost, no compensation)

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. When creating your product we aim to achieve the highest quality possible. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we're here to help you get your order correct.

As each item is made to order specially for you, sales are final we do not refund or return. Please refer to the size guide to help match yourself to the correct size. If you're unsure email us at courtney@subtropic.shop and we can help you. If there is something that is completely the wrong size just pop us an email and we will send out a new size but you will need to cover postage back to us then back to you.

If an item is faulty we will offer to fix.
